Leak through basement wall

Not exactly garage related but... This is my well pressure tank in the basement. The well pump is submerged. The last couple of years I have noticed water where you see the green towel. It is coming out of the plastic conduit for the electrical wires going to the pump under ground. It leaks when it rains of when the snow melts. The leak is not coming from the hole the conduit goes through basement wall, but from INSIDE the conduit. So for some reason water is getting inside the conduit and dripping on the floor where it comes through the wall.

On the other side of the basement wall is a covered porch 6 feet off the ground so no rain or snow against the basement wall there. The well is 10 feet out and 20 feet to the right from this wall as you can see in the last pic (blue cover just past the second set of steps). I assume this conduit runs from the basement to the well casing, 5-6 feet underground. I guess there must be a crack or a hole in this conduit somewhere under ground but why? I have not done anything in the ground where this would be. Its not a fast leak but will soak a towel in a couple days if raining or melting snow. Any suggestions aside from digging up my beautiful gardens and steps/porch?

thats not a sealed conduit, so ground water is probably soaking inside the conduit and flowing towards the house.
i'd try to carefully cut a hole or slot in the conduit inside your basement near the wall, while being very careful not to nick the wires inside, and then squirt some silicone or something similar into the conduit to stop the water from flowing inside.

It seems to be coming out of the black pipe I said was conduit that the silver conduit is inside of. Not from the actual silver conduit wrapping the wires.

two possibilities. it does not go all the way into the well pipe so taking on water there or separated or broken along the way. putting silicone in the pipe around the electrical will just flood that pipe with water so not sure that's the best idea. besides digging to correct it i'd put a bucket under it and if it fills up get a small pump to jettison it outside or to a drain pipe.
