Leaking Air Compressor Sight Glass

The sight glass on my air compressor has started leaking from between the metal housing and plastic window. The part number (032-0072) is hard to find. Anyone know whether this would fit?

I'd like to order from Amazon so I'd get it in a few days earlier than the other seller who's across the country from here. Just don't know if it fits! My compressor is a Kobalt LLA1683066 / 221495 if it helps any. The sooner the part gets here the sooner I can get to work installing hardwood flooring... and get a certain someone off my back about it!

If it is the same thread size it should work, if it is 1/2" pt you could just use a 1/2" pt plug to plug the hole so you can use your compressor while you wait for the new part.

That looks like the one I ordered to replace the one on my old HF 8 gallon compressor

If it's just a pipe thread sight glass you can get them from McMaster.com, fairly quickly.

Searching on google PT thread is 55 degree thread form. Not 60; which is NPT
