Need to keep the birds out and looking for something easy and cheap. My only thought so far has been the white double bubble. Its under 40lbs for a 250' roll so easy to manage, It has a white side so it should look decent and reflect light, about $300 bucks to cover 12' x 64'.
Any thing else to consider?

I am fond of Fiber Reinforced Plastic Panels. I bought mine at Home Depot for the walls in my Shop Toilet Room.

I can't imagine the double bubble holding up to the elements very well. I would use metal liner panel, but that would cost about 5 times as much. It would last forever, though, and you could hose off the spider dirt from time to time. I'm getting ready to use it on the underside of my raised deck to keep the rain off of the equipment I park under there.

That will look fine for a bit..until the birds, mice and insects find there way above it..then it will start to sag with all kinds of junk ontop it.

I think I might try something like a synthetic underlayment as a temp fix. Follow it up with metal siding/liner panel as funds allow.

Looks like a nice shop, why not continue making it nice ?

You're best bet is going to be the cheapest white tin roofing/ceiling panels you can find. It'll outlive you, and will be the least expensive solution, in the long run.

I have a similar lean-to's.... the guy who did my soffits wanted to do that space also to keep the birds out. I was too cheap, so I didn't. Birds haven't been too bad actually.

My friend installed bird netting, it’s been up probably 10 years with no problem.

For the cost im very happy with it. $400-450 i stained all the wood so that was $100, few sheets of plywood to cap the ends and box the top of the posts. I have to finish my trim on the long sides and pick up one more lamp holder.
