We had the same situation, on my son's garage. From the picture, it looks like the right side of the door, and the corner are plumb. The left side of the door jamb, good. Left outside corner, bad ! We shored up the top plate with 4 x 4,s, and cut off the anchor bolts on the bottom plate in that corner area, with a recip saw. (Remove vinyl on the 2 foot wide area) so you can redo the sheathing. Get the wall back to plumb, and dynabolt the bottom plate back down. Note: Put some lateral x braces in the front end, before you attempt this ! We had to bring the bottom of the wall in 3 inches.
