Been reading alot and learning alot on the Board. Glad you guy exist. Embarking on building a 24 x 30 two car with a garage with loft. Been back and forth with zoning and so I went to a architech to get exactly what they want with out going in front of the board and spending thousands in extra fees for variances. So I have met with him and we are in the process. I have some drawings that are not exact but can give me a idea. My goal is to build this myself by contracting out and not have a GC or builder.
