Are there pliers out there that are shaped like Leatherman multi tool pliers, but as a standalone tool?

To me, they're like a combination of linesman pliers and needle nose

You need to post which model Leatherman multitool.
If you mean a “Combination Needlenose design”,
Knipex makes some models, no shear cutter though.
Channellock as well, again, no shear cutter.
German made “Odur FIT” pliers, hace the combination jaws and shear cutters, but not the needle nose. (Not sure whether these are still in production).

Thanks, I was referring to the full size Leathermans, they all have roughly the same type of head. The knipex needle nose combination looks like what I want

Isn't that crimp cutter generally prefered anyway? Leatherman does the shear cutter cause their plier head is cast and not forged, so they're quite weak and probably couldn't crimp cut.
There are far more manufacturers that make adequate “traditional” double beveled blade cutters, for pliers and cutter pliers, than there are that manufacture bypass cutters, (ie. Cable type cutters)
Manufacturing durable bypass cutters seems to be somewhat difficult, and nowadays, other than cable cutters, bypass cutters are usually only found on slip joint pliers.
There are exceptions, such as electrician’s pliers, made for cutting softer buy possibly larger diameter copper cable.
