LeBlond late identify/manual

Anyone know where I can find a manual for this thing, or the name of it? I dont see any part numbers or anything on it, unless they are worn off.

The S/N should be all the way to the right, stamped into the flat area of the fwd. way if it's a Leblond, but I believe you have a Monarch. Check the Lathes.UK website
