Found some cool battery pliers labeled lectrolite, defiance ohio. I am guessing these are pre sk?

My guess is that those Pliers were made quite a while before the S-K merger. There is an early Lectrolite catalog on Twertsy's site that seems to have been printed before the merger and your pliers look earlier than those shown.

They are a bit rough looking. Joint is tight and teeth are still sharp. No chrome plating.
