LED 3-way bulb?

I'm to the age that I need a lot of light to read by. I currently use a 100/150/200 incandescent bulb in a 3-way lamp. The problem with this is they won't last more than a week or two until one or more of the light levels go out.
Is there something available in an LED or other type bulb that will give me the light output and dimmability that I need. I'm not averse to going tp a different type lamp if necessary; even though my wife would probably fuss about the style of a different lamp.
I've searched online and the only thing I've gotten is confused.
Thanks for any help or guidance,

There are plenty of 3-way LED bulbs that will screw right into your lamp sockets. However, most of them are 40/60/100 equivalents. I know that there is one out there that is 75/100/150.
If you need the 200w equivalent, then there is a lamp by Green Creative which is a 16.5w HO lamp, standard bulb shape, 2000 lumens. This is around 20% brighter than a standard 100w incandescent lamp. It is not dimmable. It is not a 3-way.
Good luck,

Is it totally necessary the lamp be 3-way? I thought maybe you could get a lamp with 3 bulbs in it, the kind that you can turn on individual bulbs or turn them all on.

Does it have to be a 3-way if your going LED? Could you use a dimmable LED? Then of course I don't know what sort lamp switches are out there that are LED compatible dimmers.

One of our light fixtures in the living room used to be bright enough till my eyes starting aging. It takes three bulbs I've go some high output LED's with a dimmer on the wall. I can read again or turn it down a little for just sitting and visiting.

You should still be able to get a long life 3/w. But you are correct .. full output 50/200/250 for the reader or 50/100/150 for the more standard. Many of those bulbs are only 1200hrs ... higher are available w/lower output. The 100/150/250 are hard to find

I stocked up on a couple wattages ... I'm fine with the 2700k LED 60w for an accept light .. but, I need more for reading. Have not found a suitable LED that I like.
