Can someone help me find a good affordable LED replacement 65W flood lamp for inside my house in the kitchen and hallways?

I need 12, and they don't have to be dimmable.

Thanks

You want lamp type BR30. They're available at all the big box stores.

Do you want the bulb or the retrofit ? If you have good cans like the better lightolier with two position socket -- get the bulbs. I'm not a huge fan of the retrofit because they place the light source too close to the ceiling .. the point of recessed is to hide the bulb up in the fixture.

I'm a 3000k guy - it's all personal preference. I bought some from Ikea and others are Cree and Philips ... the glass ones are nicer if you see the bulb. The Ikea have been outside for two years and no problems -- get them all at once for each area and buy an extra ... they don't match like old school incandescent.

Lowe’s is having a clearance on some LED now. I have the utilitec LED floods in a couple of rooms.

I picked up some GE 3000K retrofits at Lowes recently. Very nice product with flush metal trim. A lot of retrofits are plastic. Nice light spread as well. They were on clearance 2 for $20. Wish I bought more.

We just put 30 of the retrofit led’s from Lowe’s in our can lights. Very happy with them and would buy again.

Lots of clearance bulbs at all the Lowes in our area. The most local store is getting a bulb reset soon so they're clearing out to make room.

Also lots of cheap GFCI outlets if you can find them. This weekend, I picked up 18 GFCIs and 42 EMT fittings for a total of $21 by scavenging the clearance.
