LED driver questions. High bay failure.

I bought quite a few high Bay lights from menards, and after less than a year I'm having failures where they start to blink. This is very annoying, and could even be considered painfull and usually results in me sticking something long up there and smashing them until they stop. I would like to avoid that in the future so I need to find a solution that is longer lasting. None of the LED's have failed and when they work I absolutely love them so I feel this endevor is worth my time. Originally the fixtures were dimmable but that is not a feature. I require. I'm trying to figure out what driver I need to power these and am feeling confused. I attached several pictures to this post. First is an amp clamp attached to the hot wire coming out of the driver box, which reads 2.1 amps DC second is a DC voltage reading which gives me approximately 40 V coming out of the driver. Can somebody point me to a reliable replacement?

I've also read that DC to DC drivers are better and more reliable, it could be possible for me to rewire these fixtures bypassing the integrated driver and just have one driver for multiple fixtures down low where I don't have to climb up again if something fails in the future.

Well, first off, the highbays have a 5 year warranty so I'd just take them back and get new ones.
But if you insist on messing around with them...
You need to know a few things and they are probably on the label of the old driver.
Volts...(most likely 120/277)
Watts...(of the driver, not of the fixture)
Current Out...(in mA)

Those are the three things that will determine what driver you need.

Usually this would indicate a loose connection somewhere to me. The drivers are electronic and usually would not fail like that. Are the tubes replaceable ? I would get up to one of them and check all of the connections before doing anything else.

The cheaper the light fixture is the led driver is also ****. I’ve replaced about 10 cheap led low bay lights with lithiona fixtures no failures so far 4 years plus and working
Also is the shop very hot ? LEDs don’t like heat
You wrote they are high bay lights probably 10-14 feet up the air is hotter than at floor level.

I called the number for the warranty and they knew nothing about lights but were excited to sell me some insurance I was lucky enough to qualify for. I doubt menards will be any more helpful but may try bringing a couple in. They were a closeout when bought and I suspect now I know why. Wouldn't be surprised if that nullified any warranty.

The driver has no labels which is why I gave those readings off a working one. I'm hoping someone knows enough about them to give me a reliable option.

They were cheap. It's winter in Iowa and this is a uninsulated machine shed so heat isn't a problem.
