Led light bar wiring help need for my rtv

Hi guys so I have a new kubota and wanted to order front led light bar for the top of roll bar.

either in

36" 234w 16amp
or
28" 180w 15amp

so my question am I safe with the 12 gauge wire I already installed?

green circle location of light bar
orange circle aftermarket 20amp light switch
yellow circle battery

starting from light bar we have purple wire going to light switch
once at switch we have green wire going to battery to get power.
this is approx guess of 25ft wire

blue is ground wire from light bar to battery (neg)
this is about 10ft of wire

I want to see if I am safe with my thoughts because oniine searching showing me many different versions of wire size to use.

The #12 is fine but you will quickly kill that switch.You will need a relay ideally mounted near the battery.

I would also switch (add) to a relay. There are some great diagrams on Google images.

Yep, need a relay rated at 30 amps - available many places.

Use the switch to control the relay mounted near the battery and all is good. I have a 42" on my X1120D facing the front and a 12" facing rear. They work great and are both controlled by switches on the dash and relays near the battery. You also need in-line fuses to protect the relay and switch wring.

yup ok thanks guys I will get a relay and not worry about it. most likely wrap in a zip lock bag with zip tie to keep water out incase.

I also have 2 rear leds 18w 1amp each but these are not relayed since to small. I have the 20amp switch I don't think it should be a issue.

as to your 1120. you have 42" dam I seen vids of 36" how bright they are your 42 must be crazy bright can you post pics of you install?
I am still undecided which front light to buy

Oh it's bright, so bright I've not found a way to take pictures of it with the light on without blinding myself. I got mine to help with dong work after dark. It works great for that. Mine has spot coverage in the middle and flood at edges. I'd like to try it feral hog hunting sometime. It came from eBay ~ $135 and so far so good. Spends most of it's life indoors though.

Skip that Zip Lock bag thought and do it correctly, use one of these then you will not have any trouble.

I agree with all of the above and second the marine relay. That's what they use on most car harness's for any under the hood electronic plugs. You'll be fine with that. You could even install your own breaker/fuse panel somewhere out of the way if you were planning on adding other accessories to it later on to help with wire clutter and ease of diagnosis/installation.

Those are what you want to use, both are weather sealed, in the environment they will be in it is the only way to go unless you enjoy fixing it all the time.
