HPS is fairly efficient. I wouldn't expect a huge savings when switching to LED, but there is probably some to be saved. The lumens per watt output of LED are comparable to HPS, but LED's carry the advantage of putting the light exactly where you want it.

What sort of fixture are you using now, and what's the lamp wattage?

The Honeywell is much brighter than the other one. But understand that both of these are low end quality. Depending on your intended burn hours, however, they might be fine. If you are intending to keep them on all night/every night, I'd look for a name brand from a local electrical supply house.
Good luck

What wattage is your current light? Those 2 in particular give a fairly narrow beam angle. It will be very bright below them but not much out further. I have a 70W, 7500 lumen version with a 150 degree beam angle available. It has the twist lock dusk to Dawn sensor. There may be an even better option depending on you situation. Shoot me a PM if you are interested.

Honestly, I don't know what the specs are on the lights. One is about 20' off the ground and I really get nervous on the top of my extension ladder, so I will have to wait to see what the amperage etc is.

The other one is just a wall mount , dusk to dawn exterior light. It's been acting up lately, so I was thinking of changing it and adding another one on the other side of the roll up door. My guard dogs have all died, so i was thinking of a cctv system and figured more light would help that as well.

I have that Honeywell light that I bought at my local Costco for less than $50.
I actually found the quality to be excellent for the price.
So much so, I went back and bought another for my office building.
Not super bright but good light distribution
