LED lighting placement

New to the site and have been enjoying reading all the different forums.

I am currently building a 30'x28' garage with cathedral ceiling that will peak at 14'. I have 2 single doors on the front of the garage and a single door on the rear to allow drive through if I desire. My ceiling starts at 9' at front & rear wall and slopes upward toward the center of garage. The ceiling and walls will be finished drywall and the floor will be a brighter epoxy finish.
The 2 single garage doors on front will raise and follow the pitch of the ceiling in order to allow maximum clearance for my 4 post lift on one side. The garage door will be approximately 10" from finished ceiling when in raised position.
My main question is the placement of the LED lights for best lighting conditions. I was originally going to install recessed LED can lights but may be leaning toward the Maxlite 4' LED fixtures.
My question is....

If I go with the Maxlite 4' fixtures should I surface mount them around the perimeter of each bay running from front of garage up toward the peak and then back down to the rear of the garage?
Or, should I surface mount them from left to right, (2-18' lengths on front slope and 2-18' lengths on back slope)

Running the Maxlite fixture would provide me with approximately 70,000 lumen

I want the work space to be super bright so that when working on cars I do not need additional task lighting. I also want the space to contemporary looking and not have the lighting distracting from the overall look. That is the reason I was originally thinking about recessed LED can lights.

The cathedral ceiling is making this so much more difficult to choose the best lighting but was necessary to allow for the lift.

I appreciate your help and guidance. I have to provide electrical layout to contractor by end of this week.

Thanks
