Anyone have trouble with these guys delivering your order? Two weeks ago i was told my lights would ship "tomorrow ". Then I got the same reply this week. I asked for a tracking number when they shipped, but the tracking number they gave me has been saying the shipment is ready to be picked up by ups for 3 days.

I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever see them.

I would guess they’re trying to delay until it’s past time to dispute the transaction. If not shipped soon I’d cancel the order.

Seems like their standard procedure. I ordered from them back in April, they sent me a tracking number in a little less than a week, but then they sat for more than 2 weeks. Then regular shipping time. Tracking info sounded same as yours. All told almost a month. I did email them asking what was going on, got a reply that they would check. Then went dark. No response to another email, but eventually they showed shipped.
I seem to recall another poster having similar issues.

I am now ready for more lights to finish the front half of my building , but I am hesitant to order from them this time.

Horrible reviews....... ALWAYS check out these "discount" places before you buy.

I don't know if the reviews are horrible, the owner came to reply to most of the negative, and there are plenty of positives too. And in my case I eventually did get what I ordered, and the quality was better than I was expecting. I just would have liked a little more transparency in the shipping policy.

And I do prefer to buy locally whenever possible, however it seems with LED lights it is never just a "little more", more like 2+x the cost.

the lights showed up today. Well packaged and a nice looking light. Can't say I'm disappointed with the product, but the communication was less than stellar.

I've ordered from them twice and didn't have any issues. That was over two years ago, though.

All my larger orders have been significantly delayed this year due to COVID. Currently waiting on garage cabinets ordered a month ago.
