I have had these in my attached garage for 2 years now and no problems. They are very bright and look good. How many should I put in my 20x28 garage and can I run them all on 14 wire daisy chained on 15 amp breaker.

The information you provided did not disclose the current draw of the fixtures, not knowing the load presented by a fixture; I can't tell how many lights will add up to 15 amps.

81 watts. My rule was to stay around 50% with LED because of inrush. I found code 80% would sometimes trip breakers. It varies a lot. But 50% is 800 watts so 10 maybe, 12 might be fine. 2 switch zones lessens the inrush.

I'd be fine with 4 but 6 might be better for some - 3 rows of 2 end to end.

By code - 17 - but as I noted above, inrush current may trip the breaker if all turned on at once.

15 amps = 1800 watts x 80 percent = 1440 watts / 81 watts per fixture = 17.78 so 17 fixtures

One youtube on LEDS tripping breakers:
Lots of articles out there. I've seen it on job sites.

Im thinking all I will need is 9 lights 3 rows of 3, unless I needed to plug some 4 ft lights in between the 8 ft lights on the ends.

I believe the 4 I suggested ok for me above would be over 50 FC. I'd estimate your 9 should be over 100. That is very bright for me, but don't know how you feel.
