What are the best LED panels for a drop ceiling?

I've used etlin daniels, Lithonia, some no-name brands, lite line, and more.

They are all pretty similar.

We did install over 120 etlin daniels 2x4 LED lights for use in a restaurant kitchen. They were really bright.

I don't see much of a difference between the brands. Some have a better CRI than others, some have a better lumens per watt, in the end, they likely come out of the same factory with different labels.

Flat panels have undergone an industry-wide advancement in the last year. It's made them cheaper, lighter and more consistent. Get a decent brand and you'll be well satisfied. Stay away from the house brands of the big box stores, like Patriot (menards) Commercial Electric (home depot), for they are truly garbage.
