Newegg has an optional program like Amazon Prime for faster shipping. You don't have to pay anything to buy from them. These are actually being sold by a third party seller through Newegg.

Be warned that these bulbs are only 1725 lumens. A regular t8 bulb is about twice that many lumens. I like these because they can be wired direct without a ballast, but they don't have enough lumens of light for me.

be nice if they offered the 8 footers

8 ft bulbs are available here. Price is good. Quality is decent. I've ordered a few (HO variant). Problem is they don't seem to have a UL or CSA certification, only CE (Europe) . Seems that its difficult to get certification on the 8 ft bulbs because of the weight capacity of the tombstones. I find this odd as Shatter Shield bulbs actually weight a few grams more.

UL has a couple different classifications for LED tubes. Ballast bypass tubes are not UL listed as a lamp. In order for a product to be listed as a lamp, it has to be a direct replacement for the product that is being removed. Since you cant use these lamps without modifying the fixture, they wont get the UL approval.
The ones that you see that DO have a UL label are not UL listed as lamps. They are UL listed as a retrofit "kit".( Internet websites leave out this detail which, in my book, is shady.) To keep the UL approval, the modification needs to be done by a licensed electrician.

UL does not approve anything, they list it.
