My experience soldering strip lights is reliable but it can make replacing sections of strip difficult and has resulted in taking down mounting channel stripping off the old lights just because I needed to cut back the strip to solder a clean tab on the strip. The reliability of clip on and screw on connectors have been spotty for me so I am looking for advice (better connectors) or suggestions to be more successful.
