LED UFO Light Dimming Question

Getting ready to insulate and have a question about my lights.
I have 9 - 100W UFO LED lights in the shop that are 0-10V dimmable. All 9 lights are on one circuit with 3 way switches at the 2 man doors. I pretty much ignored the ability to dim these lights but am second guessing it now.
I put a partition wall in to separate one bay for automotive (3 lights), the rest of the shop will be wood working and misc (5 lights).
I'm not familiar with how the dimming circuits work. Can I use 2 stand alone dimming switches (no on/off) and dim the lights in each room separately, even though they're on the same power circuit? In other words, I would be able to turn all of the lights on/off at either door, but dim the 2 rooms separately.
If this is possible, I'll run the low voltage wire before I insulate this weekend.

I am sure that some professional electrician will correct me if I am wrong.

If you add dimmers to the load and neutral wires that are going into the two fixtures just before they enter the fixtures,
you should be able to dim each fixture independently. Adding the dimmers right before the wires enter the fixtures would not affect the operation of the 3-way switches.

Thanks for the replies. Each light has the purple and gray dimmer wires separate from the power wires. I'll run 2 low voltage circuits for dimmers.
Thanks again!

These fixtures have separate low voltage dimming control wires. They will not dim via a dimmer on the power wires or neutrals.
