Not even sure where I got this. Says "Lee Splicer" on the side. Maybe for fiber optic cable splicing?

That's weird. I did multiple Google searches and found nothing.

This makes sense. A few years ago I bought a large lot of surplus tools from the Vo-Tech by the airport that specializes in training aircraft techs. It was quite the haul. Got two Wilton Bullet vises, another blue Wilton vise, three Hitachi routers (two never even opened) and all kinds of electronic gizmos.
