Hey guys, I've been lurking on here for awhile and decided to order an epoxy kit from like based on the posts and reviews here. I had emailed and asked a few questions and got really quick responses. I decided to order but never received any notification that my stuff was shipped or any sort of tracking number. I emailed a few times about the expected delivery date and got crickets. Absolutely no response. I called a few days ago and got a guy on the phone who said it would arrive on the 18th. I was at work and didn't have a pen handy to get a tracking number. Two days ago I received the spike shoes and anti slip additive. Those who received their shipments did they come at different times? So far today nothing has been delivered and it's making me a little nervous especially since all electronic communication has stopped since I ordered. I tried to call but due to the time difference no-one seems to be there. Can anyone shed any insight on their order? I spent over $1000 and I am getting a little nervous. Thanks.

Scotty is a competitor but he has not come this far not shipping stuff. I'm sure he will get you taken care of. Everyone of us in this business has an order go sideways especially when we have to drop ship some of it and we rely on others. Drop him a pm

And yes it's completely normal to have multiple shipments. Often flake from Torginal, tools and top coat from stock epoxy from manufacturers etc

I've done enough enough reading on here to gather he is a stand up guy. I don't think I'll get taken on his end, especially since i received part of the order. I'm not too fond of delivery services. I've had bad luck with things getting "lost" or delivered to the wrong address. Having a tracking number would have been nice so I could get an idea of where it was at. I am looking forward to putting this stuff down when I receive it.

My flakes arrived first, then my spiked shoes, and a few days later some big heavy boxes that were shipped from about 10 miles away. I would have gladly gone and picked them up

In Hindsight I feel like I jumped the gun posting my question before the day was over. The first package I received had a usps label on it. The usps usually delivers here early in the morning and ups is usually around noon. So I was a little worried that someone else was going to enjoy my new epoxy coating like someone else is enjoying a watch that had to be sent out for repair, among numerous other things. I'll post up some pictures of the product when I'm done.
