To the OP.
Of the two systems that you are contemplating, I only have experience with Legacy Industrial. I'm super happy with their product and support. The Legacy Industrial floor does exactly what they say it will do and if you follow the simple directions, you will have no surprises. With any floor system, do not try and short cut the installation. Scotty was always available to answer my dumb questions. Although my floor is in Florida, I'd have no qualms about installing the same floor in the Midwest, where I'm originally from.
