How important is the primer when using the Dye and Nohr-S?

I'm renting a 28" floor scrubber, what cleaner would be best for a 6 month old slab?

Our primers penetrate much better than the Polyurea can and gives a much more uniform finish.

Purple power, simple green , both are good.
