Can i use Standard Epoxy Coating/Primer (HDStandard) from Legacy on the cinder block footing to my walls as I prime the floor. I plan on painting the cinder blocks white after I finish my floor and was wondering if I could prime them with this at the same time (I am going to have extra primer) or should I get a different product later to prime the cinder blocks and paint them?
