Just put up a new 40 x 40 Shop. We split it into two seperate rooms. One will be a woodshop and the other will have my lift and be used for an autoshop. In my previous shop I used Legacy Industrial's HD40. It held up pretty well but was really slippery when wet. I had many spills under my lift and as long as I clean it up right away it was fine but I did end up with staining where vehicles and parts leaked and weren't cleaned up immediately.

I am trying to decide between Legacy Industrial Formula 137 or a combination of Ghostshield's 4500 densifier and 8510 sealer. I don't need a shiney floor. I just want it to clean up easily and last a long time. This is a one and done before I move into the shop.

Legacy is an outstanding company with outstanding product. Ghostshield is the same. Ghostshield has better oil resistance, HD 40 can be burnished to a cooler look.
