length of run before manifold

I'm in the process of hooking up radiant heat in the garage. Its 28'x36' ,four loops and manifolds are mounted 1/2 way down one of the 36' walls. At the end of that wall is a 6x6 bathroom.Before I cut the hole for the exhaust vent I thought it might be a good idea to hang the Takagi in the bathroom and extend the pex lines over to there(about 12'). What I'm wondering is how much heat will I be loosing extending the lines.
This will be a working garage , grinding ,welding, auto repair and I think moving it out of harms way would be a good idea.

heat loss inside structure is not worth worrying about .. if you're really ****, pipe wrap insulation is under a buck a foot

I have my boiler 25' from my manifold. I boxed in the supply and return pipes and stuffed fiberglass insulation (loosly). It looks like a fat shelf that runs the full length of the side wall.
