I'm getting ready to make a metal welding/fab table. I would like to see some of your ideas.

Wish I knew how to post pics.........one of ours is a repurposed Walker Turner wood lathe(square ways)....that was a freeby. Its minus all extraneous BS.IOWs its a stripped lathe bed.Theres a swivel vise that "usually" lives where headstock was.The main feature are all the fitted threaded blocks that ride on the bed ways.We do custom M/C headers.....and its been over the top useful in that way(positioning)..........even painted it a mid-40's W/T olive green,w/handletter'd WALKER TURNER in factory script.

Been meaning to machine up some "bench centers" for it,but its usually being utilized for weld fixtureing.....one of these days?BW
