Im going to build my own cart, at first I was going to do a basic standard cart like what is mostly commercially available but with a few cusotm frills.
Lately though I got on the idea that I was going to build one out of a furniture dolly, ya know the style with 2 big wheels and a bottom plate. Mount some scavanged used tool boxes on it, a few custom items and some prongs to dnagle extension cords and stuff, cup holder ect.
The whole thought behind this design is I can still wheel it around the shop, but then also I can wheel it up the stairs and around the house for house projects, or load it in the truck and go off roading with it through the junkyard with ease and have LOTS of tools at the junkyard.
Thoughts, ideas, or pics from anyone else with that kind of setup?
