Aside from work benches and shelves what other things are you building out of 2x4's?

I put these together from re-purposed cedar fencing obtained for free on CL.

2x4 cedar garden bench.

Ok these are 2x6 stock, does that count?
This is all used or leftover stock that I got tired of tripping over. My wife wanted a few rough, rustic looking tables....ta-daaaa!

The shop is still in progress, please excuse the mess:beer:

8 sheds!

1 shed, 4x10, was built partly from a 10' long picnic table thrown out on big trash day. It was built from 2x6 wolm. boards. One seat board was broken at a knot. Cut it up for floor framing. Used 2x4s for full 8' high wall framing and home made 12/12 pitch roof trusses. Used wolm. 3/4 ply floor. Neighbor gave me 3 bundles of black 3tab shingles. Bought OSB wall and roof sheathing, nails and vinyl siding. Trim is rescued 1x4s. Door will be 1x4 frame and 1/4 ext ply rescued on big pick up day. Other sheds similar. Have tons of limestone, copper roofing and Andersen windows from disassembling a building being torn down. Also glass and aluminum from disassembling a greenhouse. Sheds are:
4x8 lean to
4x8
4x12
4x10
4x12
3x17
8x12
8x12 temporary add on

All on a 40x100 lot.

Here's something I doubt anyone is looking for.

I started with a bunch of 2x4s...

Made this...

And then added a slide to one end.

Still don't know what to call it, but the little guy loves it. Doing the curved top was practice for another project I was thinking about but haven't done yet.

Nice slide Jack! Quick question, just how many gallons of that green paint do you have?

The playroom for the (3) kids is only 9x12, but has 9'+ ceilings. They were always fighting over the small amount of space, and one day it hit me.....add another floor! So one Saturday afternoon, I got a bunch of 2x4's (and a little bit of OSB and a carpet remnant) and added another floor in the form of a "loft" - complete with ladder made from 2x4's. The floor is about 6' square and the boy has his Thomas trains and other toys up there, and the girls have their kitchen and dress up stuff below. They all love it, and it helps to make much better use of the small space. Sorry I don't have any pics, but the space is just too cramped to get any kind of a decent pics.

Any one know how to bring a picture of the lawnmower storage tower (fabrication site) or the spray paint cabinet from the (storage ideas thread) over here. Those are other great ideas for this thread.

Here's my old Craftsman drill press, with the stand I built using construction grade 2x4s.
