This is gonna be one creepy thread. 

I've had this old creeper around for a number of years. At some point, one wheel came off and disappeared. Years of use and neglectful storage left it looking pretty sad.
I found some casters that would fit the original holes, bolted 'em on and gave 'em a try:
Then, stripped it back down and sanded the crusty rusty **** off:
Shot some Krylon on it and now it's back in service.
No idea who made the thing, but it looks cool and works well.
