In the spirit of trying to make my shed/shop look like a barn, I'm going to put one or 2 cupolas on it.

I would like to see picts of others, along with the external dimensions of the building listed

One builder said 2 cupolas on a 50' long building will look silly. Maybe?

On our studio, it is non functional, as in it just sits on the roof but the weather vain works.
Sits on the roof I had sits in the roof. It has a couple of 4" solid cement blocks holding it in place. One is enough on the 20x40, actually the back is 40 the front is 20-12-8

Two would be fine, just make sure they are spaced correctly. I have seen several buildings with two cupolas where they divide the building in thirds. I'll use a 60' building for example because the math is easy. Instead of putting them at 20' and 40' on a 60' building, they look better a quarter of the way in from each end, so they would be at 15' and 45' on a 60' building.

Well, you asked! At least they don't leak and are very functional.
