Bicycle related (but I do work on my bikes in the garage). I have a couple Walz Caps. One without flaps and one with flaps. The one with the ear flaps is fantastic for cold weather riding:

I also have a few misc car related hats...just can't find any photos of them online.

I have a WWII Army Air Corps mechanics cap for each of my old trucks. This cap and a cigar completes the scene when I'm cruisin'

As you can see, the hat is a chick magnet.

The two I wear the most are a Caezars Palace cap and a Holmes on Homes cap.
Unfortunately, both are in need of replacement and aren't worth posting pics of.

There was a kioks hat shop at our local mall that made custom hats, so I had a half dozen made for me and a few friends...

I usually get a hatpin wherever I go...my hat is now covered with hatpins! LOL!

Here's some more of mine. Ford Field, Red Bull Air Races, Alaska and BMW. I'm sending the Alaska one to my brothers father in law. He goes hunting in Alaska.
The BMW one is going to be put in a Vintage Craftsman Toolbox I just picked up for a Garage Journal member in California. It was for sale on the Detroit Craig's List but the seller wouldn't ship it. The guy doesn't know about the hat. I found it at a resale shop yesterday. He is a BMW motorcycle mechanic.

Here's a few of mine. :bounce:
Seein' as how I sell hats, I've got a bunch of 'em - and probably throw away 100+ samples a year. It would be interesting to figure out how many caps I sell a year - has to be in the tens of thousands.

And here's my favorite one - since it's my logo. Oddly enough, I tend not to wear hats...

Just got 3 more today at the resale store. 2 NGK and a Lexus. $1.10 to $1.50 cut in half with a 50% coupon. I'm going to use auto brand and auto parts and tool branded and oil company hats to decorate my garage redo. It's a cheap way to decorate with a garage theme. Anyone have any hats they want to donate to the cause?

The best hat I've been able to find:
DSC_6330.jpg

It wasn't cheap ($60, if I remember correctly), but it fits so perfectly it's silly. I like the look, and it's really well manufactured. I love hats in general, but finding a good one that fits can be really tough.

I have a summer hat, a winter hat and a rain hat.

Almost everyone has posted pictures of what this old man calls caps.

Here's the cap I wear that gets the most comments
