Thanks, JASTECH & Son

Wish I could, used to have a 3/8 drill and a 1/2 impact till the rat basterds broke in the garage and stole them. Really miss the drill, my high school girlfriend worked there then, got it for me for my birthday, with her employee discount. I sure do MISS HER.

I like that Speed Wrench, looks like it was made tough. The only Thor I was aware of is the English hammer company, of which I have a couple.

I've used a Thor 1/4" D-handle drill for forty years and it was used when I got it. When I absolutely, positively need a freehand 1/4" hole in steel, the battery powered cordless gutless junk runs and hides, so the Thor's the go-to.

No picture but I picked up a 6" Thor bench grinder a couple of weeks ago. Right now it is pretty fugly. Will be cleaned up soon. According to VintageMachinery.org is was probably made by Kingston-Conley for Thor. Looks like K-C made a lot of grinders for other companies.

I have an old Thor die grinder I've had for over 40 years. It was old and used when I found it in a nut & bolt barrel (cut down 55 gal drum) at the junk yard I worked in. Still works great!

I think I have a thor angle drill. My grandfather bought it new and paid like 35cents out of each paycheck until it was paid for. Don't remember how much it cost. Il get a picture of it.<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/77941408@N02/7931082906/" title="Default title upload by motoblur by [email protected], on Flickr"><img src="http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8440/7931082906_e92845b301.jpg" width="500" height="282" alt="Default title upload by motoblur"></a>

I had a Thor 3/4" impact wrench, air powered, until recently when I sold it on eBay. I should not have, it didn't get much and I fear I'll be in need of a good 3/4" impact soon. Wish I saved a pic.

Here's my Thor 1/2" air powered impact wrench. Not sure what the model is. Still works but the torque is low, only 40-50 foot pounds max. Probably needs new vanes but who still sells repair parts?

Does anyone here have any schematics for Thor air tools you might own?
I need several to sort out a sizeable lot of new parts I have for about 10 models
I also need schematics for Aro, Chicago, Florida, Ingersol.
Thanks in advance

I might have vanes for that impact but you would have to take it apart and take some measurements.
I have over 500 vanes for several makes but a lot of these were loose and not numbered
Some are in the factory packages but the numbers don't help me, all I can do at the moment is match them to the rotors, but a lot of the rotors I have are the same size and it's a ***** knowing which is the correct match since some vanes fit in two or more rotors from different brands
It appears at the moment that the Thor vanes were numbered on the sides but until I can find schematics, I can't be sure
