I recently have become a road tech for forklifts and will have my own van and will be doing a lot of in and out of buildings with tools to do maintenance. So I am looking for some ideas here, whether its inside of your van setup or a slick tool bag...Lets see them!!!

This tray works for me, I usually grab from it but the thing can be moved and I would really work on simple with just what I needed if I could vs carry the sink.

You are opening a whole can of worms. I am looking into building a service truck right now. My current employer has a few we work out of. It ***** tooling them up. The bottom line is learning to work with what you have. The assorted wood is a must like stated earlier also bottle jacks, welder, hose bander, air comp or cordless impact, comealongs 3/4 ton at least, universal electronic 12volt fuel pump is a must, and a battery charger If I can think of any more specifics ill update.

front 2 compartments in my service truck,
3/8" & 1/2" dr sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, ect
air tools, hammers, prybars, long extensions

3rd compartment is also full of tools, 3/4" dr sockets, taps,dies, drill bits, seal & bearing drivers, electrical test eq, 1/4" dr tools.

A/C gauges, vacuum pump ect is in another compartment.
air comp, small set of torches, bottle jacks, jackstands, cribbing blocks, tanker bar, ect in the enclosed bed
