I have a S/B ss704 single stage pump that I am rebuilding right now. And I want to know who else has a Saylor beall compressor and what do they think about it.

My compressor rebuild link: http://garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=153573

I have a old 705 I am just getting ready to rebuild.
I do not know how to get pics small enough to load on this site. Or i would have some pics to show you. Mine is a 705 attached to a 5hp single phase motor. it is a horizontal mount tank.
Where did you get your rebuild kit from? Did you have to use any special tools? Any sources for the tools?
shoot me a email and I can send you some pics.

I have a 707 and love it. It's probable the best tool I've bought to date. Certainly the most expensive!

Waiting in the queue for a rebuild. I ran it once before I separated it from the motor and tank. All I know is it is heavy as hell and unbelievably quiet.

For you rebuilders where did you get the paint or did you just run to your local paint shop?
