Built the youngest SS his own tool cart.

Way cool! I'm probably going to pick up one of the black HF carts for my son, and paint it green (his fav color) before I show it to him. Now, to find a rattle-can as close to SO Extreme Green as I can... but building a cart is much cooler....

SS... step son?

Anyone out there have a Facom Jet cart? If so, how do you like it? I'm looking for a cart full of drawers with a work surface on top

That's what I want. My GF bought a CM cart like this but the slides are really stiff. One day when I'm rich and famous I'd like to get a Snappy KRL1056 for use as a cart.

Picked up this vintage snap on cart from 86'. Decided to do a quick restoration, gonna keep it at home for driveway work.

I just redid one very similar!

i've always liked this style cart from Snap-on. i have a few at home and today picked up another in excellent+ condition from the swap meet (1996). it was too clean to walk away from and the price was right. will send one of them to my son if he's got room for it.

New here. This is my 800 series cornwell cart. It's a little on the large side but I love all the room

Windering if the KRSC33 cart has screwdriver slots in the top of the box like the larger ones? Can someone post a picture of the top section please?

Mac MB199UCFD cart and a New Holland cart with a Blue-Point third drawer added. Like the sliding top on the Mac and the flip drawers have room for shop manuals. 2nd picture not mine

Lista Single Bay, small enough to hold common tools but strong enough to hold the front suspension and move around easily at the same time. Awesome Awesome box.

They make them in my town so I helped load it right at the factory

Wow, I got a gassers frame that has been sitting outside for near 20 years.
Now I know what to do with it. Awesome idea !

Long time browser, but this is my first post. I just wanted to say you all have some great boxes and I have been inspired. This is my contribution.

That said...

I have more than outgrown my HFT cart (black 4 drawer) and I need to upgrade. But until I can afford to buy a proper box and use the cart more as it was intended to be used, I use what I have. I also have a small 4 drawer Craftsman box I keep with the cart that holds blow mold cases and tools I don't use every day.

I'm also constantly buying more tools and changing what tools I have in my box. I'm always striving for a balance between my OCD and having enough room. It has been through many revisions.

Would you please tell me where you got the red plastic wrench holders that are holding the combination wrenches in the picture? Also, do you like them?

The large organizers are from Tekton and came with the wrenches. But the others are from Ernst (also the pliers organizers). Basically the same design and Ernst offers them in different sizes. Yes, I like them alot. Minimal space and they hold the wrenches very well. They are made from a thick rubber material. Available on Amazon.

Summit Racing has the lowest prices I could find on Ernst items. I've gotten a bunch through them. Good stuff.

I got about 30 minutes in to it. I tunes a couple more things on it, will have to get an updated picture. Nothing drastic but just little stuff makes it easier to sort.

I ordered and received two of the black wrench holders. It is hard for me to get my head around the cost of these simple plastic devices. I have bought wrench sets that used very similar plastic holders as packaging. That said I think the price is in line with other similar items for sale and the quality is good, so I'm pleased and will likely buy more as I set up my new tool box.

Really not a cart but I'm using it like a cart in conjunction with my 44" top and bottom. Absolutely love the drawer layout and work space on top of the box. Prefer it to my 5 drawer cart.51550780186424f07b4764d12cff7803.jpg7f63dea5e2813c12c5071ca1ad8b54d4.jpg034e5adcd8052743944646279aa55764.jpg5c346503a77689613b9f8e0773a4ae3f.jpg68e6060c92ac343c39f99e79d2d9c762.jpg7de61b6f67b73f7e81800c04ae13174a.jpg8d880019b1f60d1e246e8eb985989eb5.jpg575e775b01b55e6db86bedf30cd9232f.jpg52c185606d440976af6d54509de3785f.jpg

How’s it holding up to the weight?

Just got it today so hard to say. But seems sturdy so far. Comparable to my 44". The drawer with my 3/4 drive stuff is by far the most loaded down but the drawer still glides smooth. The cart still handles well even loaded down as it is.

Watch out if your on an un even surface the drawers will open up on you. I have this happen to me at work. The drawer detents aren’t good. Plus this cart only has a 3 month warranty.

Thanks for the heads up! These drawers seem to have some resistance to open them but its empty so I will have to see what happens when I get some weight in them. It will be mostly stationary and used as a regular toolbox since I've only got a small garage plus I have another SnapOn 4 drawer cart as well that I am deciding if I should keep or sell.

Would it help keep them closed if neodymium magnets were epoxied to the back inside of the box to help hold them closed? A couple small stand offs to hold them against the back of the drawers may be needed.

I've had that problem with my JSC770 too. Even with the detents adjusted all the way. It's still a great cart & the low lip on the front of the top is awesome. Too bad they don't have a locking system like everyone else.

Been waiting on this since March. It is the rare TRACTOR GREEN color aka John Deere Green. Matches perfectly. It has the titanium trim and stainless steel top. New model roll cart, KRSC242. Comes with one painted side panel, the power strip with USB, cord wrap, and 1 speedrawer. I had an additional speedrawer added a d one additional side panel.
