It's a rebranded version of the Harbor Freight 5-drawer tool cart.

Someone in another thread had mentioned HF sells swivel casters that match what their carts have so I was hoping to identify which ones they are.

I don't have your cart, but I would just take one off and bring it in to HF and match it up. Should be the 5"x2" caster. I'd bet that it's this one...

I have a Homak tool cart that I actually won in a drawing a couple of years ago. The lid was always the weakest link - hinged but no kind of prop or other retainer, so that the lid was either closed, or flopped clear open and hung down the back side. Last week I installed a set of shocks from Amazon along with some HF magnet bars on the inside of the lid, which makes this cart very useable now. I also dug out my extra set of Stark magnetic tool trays - [no, not THAT Stark Industries] - I already use a set of these on my garage fridge and other tool boxes, but these will help with the cart too - extra space, and they are moveable. The whole car is still in the organizing stage, but at least now I can make full use of it.

Looks exactly like my mac cart. And yes, no lid hinge. I ordered one from mac for another box but as it doesn't fit perfectly I hadn't installed it. Hate to drill into the lid.

And some people believe that HF carts are ****. I'm not sure a Snap-On or Crapsman can do that.

HF are **** that is a Snap On cart.
I have the SO transmission cart with a 3n1 on top and more tooling in the box my dealer could not believe the weight it is holding. The drawers slide in and out no issue.

Nice work on the Hazet paint. These IKEA carts are excellent and can only benefit from improved caster wheels.
I own several.
My preferred use is “Gun Cleaning Assistant”.

I’d just starting using a Macnaught pump recently. Have you had any issues with it pumping that heavier oil? It hasn’t been pumping 10w40 very well for me.

I use it on 75w140 no problems. It's not particularly fast, but it works fine for 1-2 litres or so for a gearbox or a differential. It can take a few mins to pump 6L of 10w60 into a race engine though.

I had extremely slow experience with 10w40. But I was told they’re going to have a different kind of impeller in the stems. I haven’t been able to try it out yet. I’m hoping maybe it will speed things up a bit.

How’d you get them stem to dig your jugs?

The stem comes with a few adaptors but not one for a DIN61 as used on european IBCs. The blue threaded section sits over a barb on the stem. I cut the blue adaptor off with sidecutters and drilled a 2" hole in the original cap from the oil container. Slid the cap over the barb and voila.

I have watched this thread for a good while and have been meaning to add mine. I had a nice blue point that someone traded me for something, don’t remember. Anyways the garage I had at the time was a two car and everything was just a few steps away. I ended up selling or trading that cart, don’t remember. So fast forward and we moved and I have a three car garage, but they are separated. A two car and a one bay perpendicular to each other. I had a KR 59 that I had intended to use as a box for my machine tools. I also had a librarian cart that I just put parts on. I measured and it was a match made in heaven. So the box went on top with the usual tools for general work and oil changes. I put blowmolded boxes of impact sockets, front end tools, specialty tools, torque wrenches, a drop light, battery charger and my automotive AC gauges. It has been perfect. Upgrades are to come. I need more can storage so a custom one will be built. I also want a place for my prybars.

I'm debating about upgrading to the 4 or 5 drawer version - I'd like easier access to a few thing on those shelves, and would look tidier too (I'll probably get the 4-drawer since I can reuse the fold-down shelf I have on this one, and it's narrower than the 5-drawer):

For $83, it's hard to beat though...

Rubbermaid from Lowe’s. My AR TRXXX pressure washer is 60 pounds. The hitachi 11 gallon air tank is 25 pounds. When not holding the pressure washer , I wheel it out to whatever vehicle I’m working on loaded with tools.

Worked as an oil change tech between factory jobs last summer. Here's my cart and setup. I would have just used my Simonsen cantilever box, but the boss didn't like the look of that. I got the cart used off a Firestone tech upgrading to a real box; $150 if I remember right. It got moved into the bedroom at my last apartment after that job ended. It's living in a garage again, but luckily it's at home this time. I picked up new drawer liners off the truck towards the end of oil changing, so I can eventually clean it up and bring it in as the basement tool box.
