Why do you have 5 or more pairs of aircraft pliers? Seems like wasted space to me......

That is a great photo, would make a nice art poster on my wall. Do you have it in high resolution?

Edit: From looking at your other photos I am quessing you are a pro?

Thanks not a pro yet but I'm working on it. I'll be setting up a way to buy prints online soon. Finland is a bit far to send you one in the mail but I will try to PM you when I get that together.
Same box different shot

I have access to a large format printer that prints straight to canvas. So please consider also selling the large format files and a license to print it for non commercial use - ie. to a poster for personal use.

Yea, I go back and forth all the time about downsizing. This is in my home garage and never been in a "shop" setting. I have another small box at a Harley Dealership I work at. So this has currently been just not used. Financially it makes sense to get rid of it... but its tough. Everyone wants it for nothing...

No offense but the stickers kill it for me. I got stickers on my craftsman boxes but NONE on my KRL. I think without the stickers I'd say its worth about $7000 IMO. With the stickers... Im unsure what its worth. Outta curiosity what are people offering for it?

Nice boxes guys...but serious...is no one using impact swivel heads? Haven't found them yet.

I used to have a few but rarely used them. I've got 3/8 and 1/2 inch impact swivels that I use now and I just put whatever impact socket I need on them. Rarely need to either. In fact I have a Proto 3/4 half inch drive swivel socket that broke on me 15 years ago and I'm still trying to get a new one through the lifetime warranty (though not trying that hard, just haven't found a supplier)

Nothing fancy but it works for me. Got this on sale and it came with a lifetime warranty. It's nowhere near filled up but not bad for my first tool box. Slowly but surely being filled.

If you took a good majority of those stickers off it would up your chances. Some well placed stickers can help a box,but those just make it look cheap.

Around here 2 box's like your own just sold, some where around 3500-4500.00 because every one is trying to dump them in this economy. Its smarter to just hold onto it because its not "worth" anything right now.

Decided to do a full inventory of all the tools I carry with me for phone/data work:

Note that I do NOT carry my tools in a wicker basket nor a Chico's bag :p

Scuba Steve, is that Gladiator box made in USA?

Unfortunately, no.

I'm only 22 and just bought a Chevelle that I'm working on so I don't have the tools to fill something large (yet) nor the extra money to spend on a box versus the car. It was the cheapest upper/lower set up like that and did come with a lifetime warranty and even drawer liners. So far I am very impressed with it. As I said it's not full but it doesn't feel cheap at all. For 299 I don't think you can beat it.

I won't get away from at least one plain Jane copper wire (no power or batteries needed) phone until AT&T manages to force the issue with the FCC.

Nothing is more dependable in major emergencies, as the copper system has complete battery BU. It's also less likely to become overloaded if everyone and there brother tries to call all at once (as has happened in the past. 9/11, 89 Loma Prieata earthquake (I personally experienced that) and I'm sure many other major disasters...

I don't know the COO, but it's claimed to be made by Whirlpool, which I thought odd when I was looking them over @ Sears in Dec. That is the setup I considered to be the best made box in my local Sears. certainty the drawer bottoms were the most resistant to "oil canning"...

What model is that?

The bottom looks like a KRA4107. Not sure about the top.

Yup that's it. The top is a KRA4114. My snapon guy told me the top has been discontinued but I can still find it on the website so I'm not sure.
Great looking box. I saw one on the local Craigslist (but orange), but I didn't have the $1500 he was asking nor a way to move it at the time.

Got any more pics?
Thanks, yeah it seems like you don't see these for sale very often. At least not in my area. The only thing I wish it had was slightly deeper drawers. They are just shy of 20 inches. Here are some more pics..
