How does one break a tray? I'v had mine for a couple of years now and there look just as new as when I got them. All they do is hold a socket lol

I've broken several posts, glued them on and broken them again. They tend to move backwards and once it awhile they get in the way while closing the drawer and it snaps off the post. My socket drawer is easily 400-500 lbs though and I can't get much more in it.

Well there's ur sign!
They break because your drawer is too shallow!! Not the trays fault

Here's my setup.

What I started with at school.

My current setup at work.

Ratcheting wrenches. Stubby and midgets.

Full Gearwrench set (SAE 1/4-11/8 I think and Metric 8-24) and open ends.

work in progress.

Measuring/testing and cutting.

Hammers/misc.

ratchet/extension drawer.

Door panel, torx, and picks. brake tools.

Pliers drawer

Red case is impact driver and black is matco ratcheting screwdriver set.

Torque wrenches and specialty tools in cases under workbench.

Where my ratchets use to stay.

And finally a cantilever box I'm currently working on turning into a stereo for my dad for his B-day.

Since pictures never do an Epiq box justice I figured a comparison would be nice.
Here is a triple bay 72inch master series Snap-on box vs a double bay Snap-on Epiq series box.
Just a few inches shy of being the same length

Epiq peaks out about 2inches taller than the master series.

Wagzilla,
he worked up a couple options and he printed the final one on the vinyl material that they wrap cars with. it comes printed as it would be on the box with the gaps for where nothing would be. Normally you cut the pieces and apply them the say as you would vinyl graphics. I did mine a little different. I took mine to a friend's shop and had him order the magnetic sign material and applied mine to that. That way if I can take them on and off at any time.

Here's an interesting one I saw as I was googling for one. This is not mine.

For my home garage, got a discount, missing keys.
100 lb drawer slides and swivels rated 1000 lbs.

Was gonna put my top box on it, but I like the added work space.

Finally did an updated video of mine, lots of added goodness.
Nice boxes sir,
What's the green thing that holds your extensions in the first drawer you opened? Got a link or part number and manufacturer for it? Thanks.

Do you have a set of non deep impact 1/2 sockets? Just wonder if this is what you only use?
I actually don't. I should have them, but I usually get away with using my universal shallow sockets. I want to get the shallow ones but I am currently out of space unless I start stacking more.
