That's a classy looking box, D7. Very understated and stealthy looking. If I was in the market for a new box, I'd strongly consider that color combo.

Bought this today from an online auction. Locks don't work, all 4 wheels need to be warrantyd, needs some slides replaced, missing most drawer liners, and 2 dents in the front of the top chest. I'll knock the dents out. Paid $2800 for it. It's the Teal color.
That's a lot of box for the money, nice purchase

Just purchased another side locker. Didn't like the handles that came on them, so I used the extra handles from the roller and top chest. I think it looks a 1000X's better. Just need to get one more handle for the side of the locker "drilling also required."

Did you have to order the side cab on the left so the door opens out to the left? Or, can the doors be mounted on either side?

What are your thoughts on this box? I keep contemplating it, but I think I want something with deeper drawers.

I've loved it. Good amount of storage room. Plus I caught it when it was on sale for 1000. 6 casters instead of 4 like some other boxes. The montezuma has the same design. I'm thinking about getting the locker for it. If you find it on sale is snag it. It's a little much when it isn't on sale. So far it's met all my expectations. The lift latch feature is great don't have to worry about the detents wearing out. Another member has the same box. He sent me a few pictures and I was sold. Anything else you need just send me a pm and I'll be glad to answer your questions

Just sold my green snap on classic 78 and picked up a blue matco 4s with a stainless top. I will say I love the stainless top, and the matco seems a lot heavier and a little better built. I like the detent better to. The only thing is the roller slides don't seem as smooth as the snap on. Wondering if there something to maybe put on the slides to slide a little smoother. Sold the snap on for same price pd for the matco. Only switched because I liked the blue better, and it matched my chevelle.

That's an interesting selection of drawer pulls!

Mac didn't have any, and proto wanted $150 for 3 drawer pulls. I ordered them and 3-4 months passed, still didnt have thew drawer pulls. So i just canceled my ordered and went to HD for these.

It almost makes those 3 drawers look like an insert into an empty space in the big box, which is kind of cool.

Some new stuff/ re organized

What do you think of your gear wrench regular wrenches? How is the open end on them, does it have any grip or "flank drive" type of teeth in the jaws? I have been eyeing up their large set. Love that it has the larger sizes in it.

I asked recently how to date a used KRL 722 that I just collected. I received some great advice right away that I need to find the two numbers after the model stamped on the box. So I I just spent 30 minutes looking for the stamped numbers. Perhaps they are hidden or masked by the diesel grime that I'm slowly clearing away but I can't finded the stamped numbers. Are they on the outside or in the insdie of the box?
Thanks for any pointers!

Don't have all the drawer pics yet but here is my Snap-On 84" EPIQ in Royal Blue / Black Trim. Also matching KRSC246 cart. Don't mind the clutter in the workcenter I was rearranging crud lol.

They are ok. I bought it because of the long pattern and they are pretty slim. Plus the size range it come with I grabbed the deal with the metric and standard for like 144? The open end is decent when you need it. Doesn't compare to the flank drive in terms with grip. They have like a digit in them

Start with Dinner and a movie. Take it slow...

stamps should be low on the back, right side as seen from the back, unless SO moved the location as time moved on...

Picked up a US general 72" and a end cabinet today. Yeah I'm cheap I know I just can't bring my self to spend big money on a name brand box. All the thing has to do is hold my tools. I might repaint it green and black before I take it to the shop.

Very nice. Spend the money on what makes you money (tools) not what holds them.

As long as it fits your needs that's all that matters. I'm one who spends wisely when on the tool truck. Most things I by on Amazon. Certain things I'll only get when on special because of the low price. Nice box!

Cheaper out the door and hold their value better than a truck brand box. That's a win-win.

I'd say just use it as is, repaint it after it gets some wear and tear in and actually needs it.

Here she is in all her space age polymer glory, you may see a few missing parts here and there, but that reduces drag, wind tunnel test also showed better 1/8th mile times with stickers verses without.
High speed and low drag baby!

Dude, that's a real world tool box.

It's nice seeing a box like that after all these Snap On boxes that have been waxed and massaged day and night.

In a quest for more space I ordered some Westling socket racks to replace the craftsman socket organizers I was using and been happy with. I thought I'd share the results, I can get a few more sockets in the drawer now....

I like your box, smart to leave the plastic on top. I have asked a few times for the plugs so dust does not get into my box. I see they changed the led light, they added a few more. How long have you had yours?
