like the setup babewatcher. i can say id much rather work with somthing like that then a huge box. like crewchief said, easier to move around...i my self have a couple of smaller combos, and a 4 drawer cart. i can haul them when needed...well..not all at once, but they all fit in my hatchback focus.

Well, I've been there 26 years so I don't move it much.

Here are mine....no pictures of the inside yet.

36" upper and lower masterforce and a 41" lower masterforce, from menards. I plan to put a bench over the lower box and then a series of cabinets off to the right of that box too, painted to match the boxes.
I am really happy with these masterforce boxes...and lifetime warranty, they say.

I finally took a picture of my boxes. They may not be as good as some of the higher priced boxes but theyre fine for what I do. The one side box is a Beach that I put a Husky emblem on.

Radiator pressure tester on top of the right side box? I'd be lost without those things.

I have both the 41" and 36" masterforce toolboxes and man are they built tough. I was looking at waterloos, craftsmans, napa and they dont even compare to these masterforce toolboxes. I dont know how they can sell these boxes so cheap.

I agree... I bought my 41" lower with a 15% off menards coupon and it was under $400 out the door.

I was at HF on saturday and there was a guy about to buy the box that everyone raves about and I told him about the masterforce. He went to check them out.... I bet he left with one. They are a great bargin...... I have called the warranty line because I want to get some pulls to put on some cabinets and they were very helpful. Also quick reply via email.

Do you have both the top and bottom of both the 36 and 41. I had the 26 but returned it for the 41...thought I should go for the big one for an extra $140

Well i have the 41" bottom and I have the 36" top stacked on top. The reason why i didnt buy the 41" top is that it actually has less storage than the 36" top because of the slide out work platform in the 41" top. While i really like the green color, i think they would get much more hype if they were offered in different colors.

Here are some updated shots of a few drawers in my box. Still not happy with the socket drawer, really leaning towards some hansen socket trays to clean it up. This was necessitated after picking up some gearwrench and CMan pro stubbys. So I went with the tooltray wrench trays to save space. Really happy with how it turned out. Might pick up some of the CMan pro made in USA long patterns if they go back on sale before Christmas.

I finally got around to getting a picture of this box. Been working as a mechanic almost a year and before that had no tools at all. I pretty much have this thing filled to its max capacity.

The 1st picture is just sockets, no extensions, only my go to ratchets (no 1/2" drive and its missing my long triple square sockets, 1/4 metric swivels and 1/4" drive set i use).

Next picture is my metric wrench drawer, I'm getting in 21mm+ wrenches and dont really know where they will go.

Last picture is the full box top is my old craftsman top.

My snap on guy knows I've been wanting a KRL in cranberry and has been searching for a deal for me. Well he called me on monday and told me he just ordered a KRL722 in cranberry and is having it shipped to my work. He said its for me but I don't have to buy it. He told me 3k cash takes it deal or not? or 3500 on snap on financing and the trade for this box.

If you can pay cash, do it - never finance with ridiculous interest rates. Depends on your relationship with him, I'd try to talk him down to +/- $2800.

The left hand combination would be perfect for me. I have never seen a Menard's but sure would like to see them in person.

The only thing is that if we finance it and I just pay it off like I would in cash the deal would be 3200 plus 700 in free tools. So idk it's apples and oranges.

I posted a post my KR-300B drawer add on. Remember i asked about a toolbox? turned out to be an MBC, they made boxes for snap on. That box was a friends who passed away. I was going to pull it down and restore it, but it was done once before really ****** and I saw the writing on the wall and ran, however I had to find another in original condition and did W/TOOLS:shocking:
I then regretted selling that beat up box, I could have used the drawers:headscrat I became friends with the new owner and after stripping it and wasting way to much time he called and said come get. I ran out and grabbed it and cut it up. check out the post in the general tool discussion!

i cant even post my box with any pride with all these great boxes

As much as I hate getting marks on mine I sure enjoy seeing older/used boxes more then boxes that roll of the truck and look like they are never used. So post on up!

Ive got a couple of boxes, If the one above worked, thats what one side of my service truck looks like.

I also have 2x classic 78's. I try to only buy/use Snap On. I sometimes have them together, other wise I just roll them around to where they are needed.

The stainless tops are expensive but make the boxes so more practical.

Some of you guys are seriously obsessed, Id need a step ladder to see inside some of the larger ones.

Ive inquired about the " Mr Big" Snap On Australia don't even bring them into the country, If they did the retail is 64,000.00 dollars! yes thats right sixty four thousand.......

post away finley

just remember everybody started somehere, it takes years to accumulate the collections you see posted.

i started with a kennedy 5 drawer roller cab, and 10 drawer top. it's taken 25+ years wrenching on heavy eq, and another 5+ years before that to accumulate what i have.

Love the truck box, I would like to see more pics of that one.

Hi wilb1976,

There is a company in Dalby, Australia that make these boxes they are brilliant, come with a 20 year warranty I think.

The web site is www.dsmtoolboxes.com

I have 2x UC's cant remember the model numbers, the big ones, lol

They are very well priced about 3-4k aussie, but are heavy as all f#@k.

I wouldn't hesitate in getting another

Time to show my box. When i started to work in Ireland as a mechanic, I never knew i'd to buy my own tools. In Holland they were given, on loan, by my employer. I started with some simple tools. After a while a cheap and simple toolbox. Now i'm the owner of a nice toolbox, Halfords professional. Not comparable to some of the big snap on boxes i see here i know. But saving for a big box is hard when one is doing up a house as well.

If you get a Snap On box with a hutch you can just close it and sleep in there. Then think of all the tools you can buy. :bounce:

i got laid off 2 months later, i had my boxes loaded in the back of my toyota 4x4 pu.
:wtf: she "noticed" they werent the same boxes she had seen before:wtf:

i had some explainin' to do :scared:

i thought for sure i'd be sleeping in the bottom drawer
