I did see Menards has updated their 41" Masterforce boxes, at least the Chests. Gone is the push-to-lock pull-out work surface, in its place is a very grip-latch-esque work surface that locks when fully extended, as well as when fully inside. Its a very nice touch to what I thought was a big flaw in that chest. Would still rather see a deep drawer in place of that and one of the shallow drawers, but whatever. I didn't notice any difference with the 41" rollaways.

I can't wait until we move so I can pick up the 26" rollaway to park my chest on. Its filling up fast and they keep having those blasted sales...

I picked this up from a friend who was involved in kart racing with his son. Son gets out of racing and Dad stores everything at a storage unit. Wife gets tired of paying rent and tells him to get rid of everything. Friend asks me if I'm interested, I am because I outgrew my cheapy Crapsman years ago. He said 1 condition, I must also take the last Haase kart chassis with it. I ask how much and he said $200 for all, I jump on it without even seeing it. I sold the Haase for $400 so I have a bigger box and made $200.
He said that this was made by a karting enthusiast so it doesn't have a brand name or sticker. Most of the material is thinner gauge thus not as heavy as I'd like but way better/bigger than my little Crapsman (has served me well for 20 years tho). No way does it compare to the high dollar boxes posted on here but just wanted to share.

Yeah that was the idea behind building these boxes light, buddy said that loaded with tools was still relatively easy to roll in and out of their enclosed trailer. The tires are pneumatic, very smooth on my terribly cracked garage (rented) floor.

Here is my box, Early 70's Snap-On KR562 Taco Wagon. Just bought it from a retired mechanic here in town, and filled with NOS Snap-On, Mac, S&K, and Bonney. This is not the actual box, just found a pic that looks exactly the same. Will post pics of the actual box and the contents very soon. Bought the box half full of NOS tools for $475!

Finally got a camera on my box. It is a KRL1023 and the roll cart is a MAC something or other. I put the SO sticker on the roll cart to mess with my MAC guy who had absolutely no sense of humor. The stuff has been in storage for a while so it's a little dusty and dirty. good to have it out again!!!

That's a nice box and collection Briggs. Do you like those Snap-on striking scrapers? I thought about getting a few for splitting panels after I drill spot welds.

I love the striking scrapers. I have used them as scrapers and as chisels and they have held up flawlessly. I think they would work great for you application. :)

A few drawers are finally organized, I just have to figure out a way to keep the top cleared off.

This is my new toolbox, it´s a swedish made toolbox from tengtools with a SnapOn KRA4820D added on the side.

There are some cool tools like the fluke 233 with removable display, the PB swiss digital torque screwdriver and 2 bacho torque wrenches.

I have built remote controlled open/closing mechanism, so I don´t need to use the keys.

Hope you like it ;)

I guess i will show you all what I'm working with. I'm not pro and I pretty much tinker around my house, but as man I feel like I need tools to feel complete. My dad game me this box shortly after I bought my first house. Its small but it has a sentimental value to it. I plan on passing it down to my son and the same with the tools my dad game me. Most of the tools here I purchased from pawn shops or garage sales. My dad gave me a few to start off with and the collection grew from there

Hammer Drawer

Ratchets, Nutdrivers, and incomplete sk socket set my dad gave me. It was complete then he let me borrow it when I was a kid and well you know the ending now. If anyone has any info or pics of a completed one I would love to know. I want to find the rest to make the set complete. 3/8's btw

This is the plomb and proto drawer. Ever since I found this forum I fell in love with plomb and proto. My latest find was the large plomb wrench and the proto challanger speeder wrench 1/2.

This bag has a lot of my good tools in it as I take it with me. Mostly low voltage tools and some hand tools.

Very neat idea to have remote locking. But what happens if the battery goes dead? Do you have a key just in case?

I particularly like the remote locking system

Your post comes at a very opportune time, as Im currently looking a various roll cab options, one of which is Teng.

So can I just ask, is yours the TCW809N ?

If so, what do you think of the build quality ?
