KRA4107FPC that I snapped up on Craig's list for $800 :D

I'll post pics of the whole setup (including my new Hazet Assistent) when I get back into town and have a chance to catch my breath.

I just got some new ones with the twist holders. Much better for 1/4" stuff since the sockets come off easier...

5 years??? :eek2:

How'd you manage that, i struggle to go 5 days without buying one. Bought one two days ago because i was clucking..

Yeah .. But all I need 1/4, 3/8 & 1/2 wise is right there .. I didnt need the 1/2 metric deeps as i have impacts but they were cheap .. I have socket drivers & 3/4 SO equipment in another draw .. Iam gonna add a little to the 3/4 drive before ordering more foam

believe me .. You can get by with a basic set .. When I first went to Nigeria I had the basics of basic tool kit and was expected to fix million pound equipment. Then in Ghana they threw the CAT set at us it was still basic ..

This was the CAT set minus a few important pieces ..

CATSET.jpg

Tellin ya .. I could fix just about anything with a Shifter, rubber hammer and screwdriver :lol_hitti

impressive organizing, but to me it's just too neat. it's got no soul or character.

Thanks allot .. it looks great in the flesh. Typical soulless German efficency.

Didnt know I was designing a special place for my socket brother's & Sisters :headscrat

And its a good thing ..I wont feel bad smashing a bushing in with an impact or smashing a deep 14mm onto a 3/8 bolt to get the job done

I dont know about you guys but I spend more time hitting my screwdrivers with a hammer than actually turning screws :lol_hitti mmm

Finally got myself a box! I wont need it until next spring when I move out and get my own garage/project car, but I figured why not. Might as well start collecting my setup now.

I still have a lot of tools to get. Most of the drawers are quite bare and will be filled shortly.

With all the power tools and gadgets these days, I bet you see more of these on the market...a bolt-on shutter door side cabinet with power strip. Simple to make. Linda....I'd love to see something like this from Lista in 22" and 28" widths (15" deep) for use with Lista cabinets and workstations.

You are all making me sick with your organized tool boxes. This is mine after a couple hours of cleaning the garage this weekend.

I inherited this from a neighbor that I looked out for over the years. He was a
Dodge Mechanic in the 50's and 60's. Note the 1965 Snap-On calender which was the year He retired. Its special to Me and I hope to hand it down to my son.

I was looking at nice toolboxes on ebay and stumbled onto this... looks amazing and they are in Tampa. My wife would kill me in my sleep if I bought that though.

I own that bottom box and have since 99 or 2000 I forget now
I used the **** out of it till I got the HF 72"
The SS box is/was pretty nice considering what I paid for it but it alawys drove me nutz that there wasn't one long top drawer
and the drawer sizes/depth arn't the best use of space
It's not really SS either my lasers an levels stick to it all over the place
But it did hold up well to the abuse of overloaded drawers that got opened sometimes 20+ times a day

If you were closer to Vegas I'd make ya a deal on it

Some Stainless is magnetic, some isn't. The box pictured is a genuine hammerhead, not the later CSPS **** that Costco sold after the deal with hammerhead went **** up.
After the end of the Costco deal those boxes were advertised by Hammerhead at $3700.00... They went out of business shortly after....
