Well then in the meantime, post what you have!
I'm tempted to post my mobile tool bag.
Looks like one of the heavy duty road chests.. what's the model #?
Jawn,
Do you you mind me asking what socket organizers you use? I am starting to look for some for my over grown collection of sockets.
Thanks.

heres some pics of my box at work; and whats in it
i work more out of my cart(99$) than my box(1500$) though![]()
Ouch, did you guys exchange insurance?![]()
Ouch, that cart almost hurts to look at. At least it was something he can (and should, did he?) replace for you, instead of, well, you. What did he hit it with?
That's good to hear. And now you're getting two nice new shiny tool holders
Also, what kind of box is that? I can't make out the tag.
It was the start of the day and my cart was directly in front of my box. It didn't have any room to roll.
Yeah, he came in the shop at 10-15mph. Brake line was blown and the truck had no brakes. Trans cooler line was leaking and the valve body was shot. So when he tried to go into reverse, it didn't. After that, he hit the cart, which pushed into the box.

yup the triangle sockets and lowes pliers are the most obvious...god knows tons more of it is from the hot deals thread toododgez said:I know what thread you have been shopping from. LOL.
What socket trays are these?

Sorry about that. Since your boss has agreed to replace both, why not ask for the cash instead and think about upgrading both? Seems like a great opportunity.
If your boss will give you the cash, you can find some amazing deals these days on used boxes. Nicest carts I've seen are the MAC high end carts with the slide open tops. They list $879..but used about $300-$400. It's great to be able to open the top to your cart to access the tools and still have the flat top area to put something down while you're working:

There are other quality carts, but these are my favorite. And I'd look for a Snap-on KRL series box, preferably with a stainless top if you don't use a top box.
Looks like standard SO trays that come w/ the sockets when you buy them.
I told him what I paid for both, and he didn't think that was enough. In his words "I want to set you up better than you were before".
^^^ damn that is a cool looking green! ^^^^
The black roll cart next to you is that a custom hammer holder setup?
I've never seen anything like that before. Does it close? Does the bottom part stack on the top? How?
