Not a Snap-on for sure. Not a Mac either. The Macs that were configured like that had the drawer pulls in the center of the drawer, not at the top like shown in the photo. Also, the measurments are incorrect for the Mac as well (snap-on too, the KRA2411 is 54" wide and 39" tall). The Macs were 51" wide, 24" deep, and 48" tall or 39" tall depending on the model(MB1700 or MB1500). Also, the castors are incorrect and the trim piece that runs along the top edge is missing. Not a Mac.

I'd guess Waterloo based on the chrome w/black drawer trim, but I very well could be full of ****........just a guess.

Nothing to laugh at, and having multi boxes is practical. I know guys who used to work dealer jobs with setups like yours.

On top of that, I was always taught that the tool box don't make you money...

Don't discount your multi box set up - it's nice, and at least you have tools to put in your boxes...

ive been using multibox setups for many years.
my largest "set" is a kr550/555

for me,
they are easier to move,
i can be more flexible in where i put them,
if i run out of floor space, i can move tools around to different boxes that will fit where they have to.

looking along that wall visitors thought that was toolbox storage area for the shop.

there were just 2 of us working in the rebuild room.

all the SO boxes, (plus the one behind me you cant see) were mine.
the other guy had a CM double bank, 2 sets of matco 900's, with twin side boxes.

both are flat black the Classic 78 is my newest box the cart is my first box i bought 3 years ago. its more shinny because i just cleaned it last week with WD40/water. which came out pretty good

I'm just a hobbyist, with a small toolbox. It's a Cotech, a cheap swedish hobbyist brand.

Top: Regular use sockets (Mostly Bahco, some Teng Tools and Proxxon). Wera chiseldrivers set (regular use screwdrivers).

Small drawers: Files (Bahco), Measurement and some scalpels, Hex stuff (Wicent, Eklind, Kamasa, Wera).

Drawer 1: Bahco screwdrivers, regular, hex, torx and ratcheting.

Drawer 2: Wera screwdrivers, regular and torx. Other screwdrivers (Hazet).

Drawer 3: Pliers, mostly Knipex.

Drawer 4: Sockets. Stahlwille, Bahco and some more.

I'm happy with it. It's not top quality, but I think it was the best one in the price range. Before buying I compared to Biltema, Wisent (Bauhaus) and Big Red (Jula), and the Cotech was what I decided on. It wasn't really scientific though. I compared the display samples, and had no idea of how long they had been on display (and therefore abused by customers). I found the Biltema to be best (but not the drawer configuration I wanted, and most expensive), the Jula and the Cotech to be similar and the Wisent the worst.

I'm not disappointed with it, and would take it again. It's more loaded now than on the pictures (socket drawer), and I've had no problems with the rollers. The lock is a bit of a joke, but it is not used by me that much. The gas springs are good, but it's missing a handle on the lid (easy to add).

I have many tool box's, tools at the end of my bed, under bed and even 1 cardboard box, 1 tool box and a plastic tub in my bathroom! The guys here saw the pic of end of the bed! If really needed I could get pic of bathroom. So you see bud, tools and you make the repair, not the fancy box.

Sure thing. This old box has been to a lot of races and track days, and has taken some beatings. Its original Snap-On badge was lost years ago.

OK I said I post pictures after it was painted. I want to thank everyone for their opinions. My mom taught me go with your first instinct it's probably right. So I did and this is the result. The black panel on the front will get pinstriped just haven't decided yet on silver or red, leaning toward red. Snap-On provided me with all new drawer slides under warrenty. Didn't do any body filling, and the paint job is rustoleum rattle can. Now I have to work on filling it, (divorce will do a number on a tool collection) trust me on this one . I'm fortunate to have a girlfriend now that knows me from trade school and knows I love working with my hands . Here's the before and after.

Thanks didn't come out bad for a rattle can paint job. Stripped the box down to a carcass, and sanded the **** out of everything. Scubbed it with mineral spirits the thing was so negelected by the previous owner. Had to bang out a couple of drawers, the cabinet didn't have a lot of dents. Got my sockets, wrenchs, pliers, and drill bits in it. But I have a bunch of drawers the need to be filled, like I said thank goodness I have an understanding girlfriend. She gave me the garage for my mechanical stuff, only catch, is there must always be room for her car big 2 car no problem, and the cellar for my woodworking stuff. Very good deal I think, course she loves being able to say can you fix this . I'll start posting pic of the garage and cellar as they come together.

I bought the HF 42" box thinking it would replace a box just like yours. Instead, they will be side by side, maybe should've waited and bought the 56" box. I used the setup like yours for years, brother...

This is my Snap on KRA 26" little tool box. In my job (Mobile Electronics) We don't need too much tools as you can see, just a lot of drivers and some cutting tools. We mostly work under the dash, trunk, and a little in the hood.

Where did you get the Snap-on comfort grip ratchet in red? That is sweet looking!
