Well the new toolbox is finally getting organized. My tools aren't anything impressive but seeing as how it looks like people like to see other people's drawers, I figure I can post mine too.
Sitting on top: some filler rod that was too long for anywhere else, chemicals and whatnot. I'll probably store the chemicals elsewhere when the butcher block top goes on.
This box never gets moved, so the handle is in use as a clamp rack
5" full width drawer: Sockets, ratchets, torque wrenches, and pliers. Waiting on a sweet plier rack from the member here that's making them to organize the right side. Also haven't brought my 1/2" drive stuff from work yet, so I'll have to rework this one when I do that.
3" full width drawer: Wrenches. Got some plans for new tools, so I tried to leave room for them.
2" narrow bank drawer #1: marking tools of all kinds, knives, razor blades scraper, streamlight, infrared thermometer, spark plug gapper, sewing tools, couple of small levels, digital calipers and protractor.
2" narrow bank drawer #2: screwdrivers, bit kit, torx drivers, allen wrenches.
2" narrow bank drawer #3: welding stuff- tungsten/gas cup kit, welding brushes, 1-2-3 blocks and magnets. Fuel line disconnects, clutch tool, brake line flare tool, and my 'special' spark plug starter.
10" narrow bank drawer: rags, zip ties, odds and ends, tubing bending tool.
2" wide bank drawer #1: Standard and thread files, inspection and retrieval tools, hacksaw, tire tool, punches/chisels.
2" wide bank drawer #2: Electrical drawer. Insulated screw/torx drivers, butane soldering iron, soldering station (disassembled), multimeter w/ test leads and thermocouple stuff, terminal and test tools, and empty space.
2" wide bank drawer #3: pipe and adjustable wrenches, bolt cutter, and teflon tape. Empty space in this one too.
4" wide bank drawer: Hammers, couple of prybars, and power tool bodies (team red!

)
6" wide bank drawer: Motive bleeder, heat gun (in the Makita case), torch, drill bits, nitrile gloves, couple tubs of grease, master trim tool kit.
Also, I've read a lot of posts about people with snapon boxes having issues with the drawer liners moving. I like the thinness of the snapon liners, and I didn't want to spend another $150 on finding stickier ones, so I made up my own solution. I got ahold of some 3M VHB tape- it's a very thin pressure-sensitive adhesive; basically it's like trim adhesive that's partially cured and on a roll. It's designed specifically to be strong in shear but weak in peel- meaning you can stick stuff to it and it won't slide, but if I ever have to peel the liners up they won't be ruined, and I can easily remove the stuff from the drawers.
I laid it down in sort of an asterisk pattern, with a double row at the top and bottom, like this:
And then laid the liner back in. If you do this, make sure you roll the liner down hard over the tape before you put any tools in- I used the chunk of round 2" delrin that's visible in my hammer drawer for this.
The wrench drawer was especially bad with the liner just laying on the drawer bottom- with this done I can slam the hell out of that drawer and nothing moves a millimeter. If anyone is unsure about ponying up for a full set of different liners, you might want to try this first.
