For years had mismatched Craftsman and Master Mechanic and other various to try to hold my tools but just never had enough room to keep them organized.
I'm not a mechanic or tradesman that would require a massive box but I wanted something reasonably sized, good quality, and a decent price.
Pretty sure I read some threads on here while doing my research and looked at the boxes at Sears, Lowes, Home Depot, and Harbor Freight.
After looking at them all, the Harbor Freight Pro unit beat the rest hands down for the price.
I'm still in the process of sorting and organizing my tools but so far, I LOVE this tool box.
I've moved it to the other side of the garage and it's much greasier now.

Here's mine. Still a few empty drawers:lol: The small red stack is empty and the charcoal small chest is empty. The older small silver chest is full of overflow Craftsman tools, and I have a small old K-Mart box that is full of random tools. Yes I need to go shopping.

Had to move things around in the top drawer to fit the new 3/4 torque wrench...

What socket holder/organizers are those?
Mine are all rolling around in the drawers and I could definitely condense at least two of the drawers into one if I had decent socket holders.

If I had a 2 year old with a set up like that, I'd try my best to not get caught borrowing his tools. Don't wanna unleash the fury of a temper tantrum!

Jokes aside, it's pretty awesome that you're doing that for him. He may not be grateful for it at first, but I'm sure eventually he'll come to cherish those tools.

Here is my work box had this setup for around 25 years been good to me.

I'm partial to Kennedy and machinists boxes..The patina is very nice..and the chips in the wheels brings back memories of my work shoes at Kelsey Hayes..around all those Bullards.. Love the hub caps on the wheels!

Thanks for posting..

I just started one for my boy (1.5 years). Not quite on the scale you have, but I'm gonna redo my dads 60's 2 drawer Craftsman, and stock it. So when he's ready:)
