Completely agree. They look like the standard 54" double bank but have to remember they are 4inches shy of the 72" triple bank. Love the box.

That's why I was originally looking at the 84. They just looked tiny to me

I got a 68 for now. I paid 5500 with power top for it. Said he'd give me a hutch for 2500 with free light

I was always amazed at how well the epiqs handled their weight. I can move mine by myself (on a level, smooth floor) with zero difficulty at all. Stopping it is a different story. Coworker and I figure it has to weigh north of 5-6k pounds. Empty weight is around 2500.

Thank you sir.

Pics never do the Epiqs justice. They are huge in person.
You are 100% correct sir pictures do not do this box justice. This box is huge! When it was on the Snap-On truck it didn't look all that big when I got it out of the truck I was like DAMN!!!

Not an epiq but definitely an upgrade for me.

Hey nothing wrong with that good looking Snap-On box. Congrats on the upgrade.

Now thats a deal sir congrats.

I have an 84, I assume the wheels are there to put it where you want it when its new because theres no way your gonna roll it full
You know its not too bad to roll but DAMN is it a PITA to lock and unlock them casters.

Just got my Epiq today. The Power top And work center hood are already ordered and on their way along with their 60" LED light and some other stuff. I'm debating getting the carbon fiber drawer top protectors. I'll get the side cabinets as soon as I can. Excuse the mess, in the process of reorganizing.

I am a diesel mechanic...I work on a fleet of 1000 rigs. Internationals, Freightliners, Peterbuilts. I can make anywhere from 50,000 to 70,000 a year. Thats how I paid for my tool box but in payments of 50$ a week but most of the time I pay 100$ a week.

I'm a diesel mechanic. Financed my $5,000 box at 21.9% interest for 156 weeks at 42 a week. That was highway robbery but the payment was doable.

Paid it off in a little bit over a year so I didn't pay too much interest.

My cart I had saved the cash for and was going to pay in full but Mac dealer got special financing with his tool fair order and passed it onto his better customers. Ended up saying he could carry the cart on the truck account for 52 weeks with no interest so got it and then the side box a month later.

In short we're pretty much always in debt. My tool guys know my paydays and first thing in the morning every other Friday they run my card for a set amount that we agreed on years ago. It's been that way for the last three years straight.

Beautiful box. My boss has the 76 with the locker and hutch in red. Massive box. Have fun with her.

My original set up at work, and my new soon-to-be set up once I finish up my 7 more weeks of school. Right now it's just waiting in my garage.

I can't speak for others but for my full-time position I was an industrial maintenance mechanic and have now worked myself into a supervisory position after 27+ years of wrenching. I started small and stepped up in increments as my tool storage needs increased. In 1997 I opened my motorsports business at home. I needed two sets of tools so I had to work twice as hard. I have never paid for any tools on credit, EVER, and I am proud of that. Just always set some aside from each paycheck and side job so as the need arose for a tool I had the cash to purchase it without having to pay over time.

It's awesome hearing about your guys careers as I'm only just starting mine, although iv been in the automotive industry for 4 years I'm leaning more towards fabrication now, I enjoy making things more than fixing them

I started flipping items when I was 18, tools, toolboxes, anything worth value. I'm 19 now with an Epiq and tools, with $0 owed. Happy to say I've only stepped on a Snap-on truck twice.

Does anyone have an Epiq that they ordered with a different drawer configuration? All I have seen online is the factory setup.

Should I get a locker for my epic? Payment would go down $5 a week, but 4 yrs out if not overpaying.... I love it, but that's a lot of payments at 20 percent interest.

Yes. No extra charge. I swapped out the 10" deep drawer in the skinny bank for two 4"'s and one 2".

All I can say is the Epiq locker is heckova lot nicer than a KRL locker. Having only one stationary shelf and the rest roll out drawers makes it nicer to use.
