Hell with the toolbox, let's see some more pics and get some details of the Wanderlodge.[emoji106]

LOL that bus has an old school 8V92 Detroit in it, ***** to work on it haha. The blower was leaking from the bottom. Typical leaky Detroit 2 stroke.

Ya, those 2-stroke Detroits did leak a bit. I am sure you have heard the old joke about the difference between the 2-stroke's and the Series 60 engines was that they actually used gaskets on the Series 60's.

I'm going to check this out tomorrow. Can anyone help identify it? Looks like a kr but I haven't seen one 55" wide before

50" would be fine with me. I really like the depth & full length drawer. It'll definitely be wider than my 40" husky & not sag. I wanted to ask the guy for the model number but his reception was really bad

If hes not too far away just go see it. Theres nothing worst than getting excited over something only to be let down. Make the arrangement to see it in person. It might be exactly what you wanted!

I'm supposed to check it out tomorrow. He's about an hour & a half away so I'd like to be as informed as possible before making the drive. I have been looking at the 56" box at harbor freight but really want all my sockets in one place so I'm thinking this box would be perfect on top of that or a kr bottom like the 1000 or 660.

Thanks for the suggestions. Ended up being a kr 690. Lock was frozen so I couldn't verify if the drawers latched. I would've loved it if I had room at home but no good for work

Meager collection compared to most, but it's continually expanding. Exponentially so after finding this site :lol_hitti

I like it, and I think you got a good value too. I've been eyeing a set of Wright Grip wrenches for awhile now, but I can't justify replacing my Craftsman Pro (USA).

I finally managed to snag another Vidmar cabinet. I've been searching for over a year now. I had known about this one but I could never get the owner to sell it to me. Persistence pays off.
It is 12 drawers to save yourself the counting. I got it for $350. I can't wait to see it beside my current Vidmar

Current Vidmar 13 drawers

Even though I've posted before, here's my snap-on epiq with mini side locker. All these boxes are in my garage at home.

@Waggoner72 Those are some nice looking cabinets! Thanks for sharing the photos, do you mind If I share them on the Vidmar Twitter account @Stanley_Vidmar?

Go right ahead!
I will need to get in touch with you to get some drawer handle end caps the same as the blue box, for the red box.

I really like the looks of those silver Limited Edition boxes! I don't need or even have room in my garage for another tool box, but I find myself trying to justify why I need it every time I see one at HD!

Someone bought me a pint of POR15 to coat their rusting hitch and I got to keep the rest of it so I decided to pull out my KRL from the corner and sand down the big backside where there was 3 surface rust spots on the back wall. I then coated the entire rear wall with some good rust inhibiting undercoat liner that I got from my local auto body supply
And yes I know it's the backside and nobody would of seen the small rust areas but I knew it was back there and it bugged me. Just peace of mind I guess

Can also see better since the box is pulled out from the corner the handle that I customized for it. The chrome on the handle ends had some pitting/slight rust so I had the ends powdercoated texture black and then I wrapped the bar in road bike perforated leather grip tape

You'd think you'd be allowed to take pictures of your stuff for insurance reasons. :dunno:

I agree, but like the old saying goes: "It's easier to ask for forgiveness, than to ask for permission".

Paint the drawer fronts red and you'll have a retro Craftsman look.

Got this ratchet from 90zcar. Not new but new to me. Barely used and in great condition. He also threw in a HF Flashlight. Kudos to 90zcar.
